The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) said it has reviewed four separate incidents where minors allegedly gained access to the casino floor and gambled. Two alleged failures were discovered at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto and one at each at Casino Ajax and Pickering Casino Resort.
